I am Nicole, a highly qualified and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). With years of expertise, I have had the privilege of providing top-notch, gender affirming care to countless patients, always ensuring to deliver the most comprehensive solution to meet their unique needs. I am a great listener and always strive to understand what each patient is saying. Like every puzzle, every patient is singularly unique, and it is my duty to help you as the patient complete more of your own puzzle.
I firmly believe in coordination and collaboration, and I work closely with all those involved in your care to offer a complete and efficient treatment plan. My areas of specialization include attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, and anxiety among other mental health concerns. I cater my services to both children and adults, and I offer complete treatment options for every diagnosis. It would be my pleasure to help you or your loved ones navigate through these emotional and mental challenges.
It is my goal to ensure that every person who crosses my path exits feeling heard and validated. I believe in the innate worth and value of every individual, no matter their current circumstances. It’s easy to feel alone and isolated in today’s world, but I hope to remind you that we are not alone in our struggles.
Furthermore, I aim to dismantle the illusion of “normalcy” and encourage patients to discover themselves, thereby granting them the power to shape their futures. At my practice, I hope patients would say they find a sanctuary of acceptance, where they can feel safe to unravel and examine their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.

You do not have to download anything but you do need to register to be able to access what is AdvancedMD’s version of “mychart.” Here you will have access to your records, be able to message me, complete paperwork, pay your balance, sign into zoom for our visits, and schedule your follow-up appointment.
For new patients, please click on the link below to be directed to our New Patient Intake Form. After submitting the form, your New Patient application will be under review. Once confirmed, we will give you a call to get you set up as a new patient and you’ll receive a link to create an account within our patient portal.
